We specialize in Obstetrics, Gynecology, Cosmetic, Veterinary and all other
Surgical markets.

Does Mark Medical sell its products directly to the end user?
Mark Medical does not sell direct. Our instruments can be purchased from an authorized Mark Medical distributor.

Does Mark Medical have a Sales Representative in my area?

What is the latest time authorized distributors can place a rush order?
For same day shipping of in-stock completed instruments call customer service at
610-269-4420 before 1:00 pm EST. Or, fax your request to 610-269-4428 by 11:00 am EST.

What are your shipping options?
Our primary shipping service is UPS, while FedEx is a secondary option.

Is there a guarantee on Mark Medical products?
Yes. Mark Medical warrants all Mark Medical products purchased directly from Mark Medical or an Authorized Dealer in accordance with the terms and conditions on our Warranty document.

Does Mark Medical provide repair service for their instruments?
Yes. Mark Medical operates its own in-house Service and Repair department. See our Repairs section of the website for more information.

What is your instrument return policy?
We offer a full credit for all unused merchandise, in its original packaging, and returned within 45 days from date of invoice. Merchandise returned after 45 days, but before
90 days from date of invoice, will be charged a 20% restocking charge. Merchandise
must be unused and in its original packaging.


No returns will be accepted after 90 days from date of invoice. Custom made, custom etched, or neutralized products are not returnable.

Sterile products, which have been opened, returned out of the original package or returned after the sterile expiration date, are not returnable. Discontinued products, medical products, private labeled, custom made, custom etched or neutralized products are not returnable.

A Returned Materials Authorization number (RMA) must be obtained prior to returning product to Mark Medical. Product returned without an RMA number will be returned directly to the distributor, at the distributors cost, with a letter of explanation. Returns can only be granted and authorized by obtaining an RMA number from Mark Medical customer service
at 610-269-4420.

Issue of an RMA number should not be interpreted as a final credit to your customer
account. Mark Medical reserves the right to evaluate incoming returns prior to issuing
any customer credit.
